This Episode of THE ADVERSARY presents "Sorcery and Ritual Magick" Pt. 1 with Michael W. Ford. The foundations of Earth, Water, Air and Fire along with the practice and purpose of "casting the circle" is explained. Rather than a superstitious fear-based Christianized practice, the Luciferian utilizes the circle as a means of 'encircling' and directing energy and power via ritual practice. The Luciferian or Adversarial Path is one which is centered within the foundation of the self (Mind-Body-Spirit) in which the individual is self-accountable for his or her achievements or failures in life based around the thoughts, words and actions in the physical world. Remove accident or chance, the Luciferian may seek to use inspired thought, imagination and belief to achieve short and long term goals in life. Satanism and Luciferianism are similar in many ways, yet Luciferianism seeks a balance between spiritual development and carnal pleasure in this life now. Michael W. Ford explains the foundation of Gods/Demons and how they are energy/power representations associated with Nature and consistent occurrences; representing often a symbolic attribute within the self.

The distinction between "Luciferian Witchcraft" and "Liber HVHI" and the aforementioned titles is that the early ritual records where published and the newer titles are edited to present a study of archeological records of ancient cults, temples, sorcery with adapted modern practice by Mr. Ford.
